Entries open for SBL 2012-13 season

Entries for the Sheffield Basketball League 2012-13 season are now open.

Please complete the Entry Form and return it to the league secretary along with the team entry fee by the entry deadline of 3 August 2012.

The entry fee for the new season is £30 per team payable to Sheffield Basketball League. Entry fees include entry into the SBL cup and plate knock out competitions. Confirmation of entry into the league can only be provided once both the entry form and payment have been received.

Game fees will be payable by each team on the night. The fees will be dependent on the number of teams entering the competitions but we hope to keep the fees around £45-50 per team per game.

League structures will be based on last seasons league standings and the number of entries received. Once the deadline has passed the leagues and fixtures will be generated with the first week of games starting on 12 & 13 September 2012.

All participants, players, coaches or officials must register with the league using the SBL member Registration Form. Player registrations must be received by the league secretary with payment before competing in any SBL game.

The current Sheffield Basketball League rules can be viewed on our Rules page.
